About Sony UP-X899MD

Sony UP-X899MD produces A6 black-and-white thermal prints for compatible ultrasound, mobile C-arm and other imaging systems. Its 325 dpi thermal head and 8-bit processing reproduce images with up to 256 gray levels.

The hybrid model accepts both digital images over USB-C and NTSC/PAL composite video through a BNC input. It can also save printed still images from either source to a USB flash drive.

High-speed mode produces an image in approximately 2 seconds at the standard 1,280 × 960-dot setting when using UPP-110HG or UPP-110S. Normal-speed printing takes approximately 3.8 seconds at the standard setting.
